Should I purchase Travel Protection?

I can't tell you how many times I have been asked that question.  It is a very personal choice and sometimes a bit of a gamble. You need to consider your own circumstances. Do you have an elderly family member? How about young children? Am I at a critical juncture in my place of business? If the answer is yes to any of those questions, then you should defiinitely consider covering your investment.

First, take a look at what the cancellation penalties would be if you had to cancel at the last minute. If the cost is minimal, than maybe Travel Protection would not be a requirement. Also, consider where you will be traveling and whether you may be called back on an emergency. Change fees to airline tickets can be hefty. And many resorts, will not provide a refund, should you have to depart early. What about medical emergencies while abroad? Most, if not all, health insurance policies will not cover any medical treatments you obtain while vacationing outside the U.S.

Consider the pros and cons very carefully, along side the costs of purchasing the Travel Protection, before making up your mind.

Paula and I have had a lot of inquiries regarding the Riviera Maya lately. Where is the Riviera Maya? How do I get there? What is new and different about it? ETC... Travellers are every in demand for someplace different, convenient and a good deal.

The Riviera Maya is located just south of Cancun. It is a 112 mile stretch of scenic coastline. You will find unspoiled beaches, tropical jungles, turquoise waters and ancient Mayan ruins. It has the best of both worlds. Convenience, because of a short flight from the U.S. As well as being secluded, because it is an hour south of the hustle bustle city of Cancun.

Many airlines fly non-stop to Cancun and the short scenic ride to the Riviera Maya, is just the ticket to a wonderful vacation.

If you are looking to vacation with family, honeymoon, get married or just get away.  The Riviera Maya has a hotel for every budget and taste. From the ultra luxurious to the more budget minded, there is plenty to choose from. Many of the hotels are all-inclusive. This means not only are all meals and drinks included, but many of the activities offered at the resort are included in one upfront price.

Want to get away from the resort for the day? There is plenty to do. Try your hand at fishing, visit a Mayan civilization, snorkel the world famous Xel-Ha water park. Take the ferry to Cozumel and explore a whole other island. The options are limitless.

Just send us an email or give us a call, we can answer all your questions and help you plan your next getaway.
