The staff of Inside Cruising at the Cruise Society, is headed up by Paula Rohde and Terri Engel. Paula has more than 25 years in the travel industry earning her travel agent certification in 1982. For the last 15 years, she has specialized in cruise sales managing large cruise agencies and developing special cruise promotions. She has cruised on and personally inspected many ships. Terri Engel is a certified Master Cruise Counselor with over 20 years experience in the travel industry. The Master Cruise Counsellor (MCC) designation is conferred by Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) upon dedicated travel professionals who have completed an extensive program of classroom training, cruise experience, ship inspections, and a combination of video training and attendance at industry events.
